Rainsford
The Rainsford Historic District, added to the National Register in 1984, is named for early Cheyenne architect George Rainsford and was known as Cattle Baron's Row. Its homes were the residences of the city's upper-class businessmen, and the district was the social center of the city, with a tennis club. Its architecture is eclectic, spanning French, Italian, Greek, Gothic, Romanesque and Classic styles.
